Eden Nuval Obituary – The life of an elderly woman was tragically lost in a car accident that took place early Friday morning on the northeast side of San Antonio. Local authorities are currently searching for two suspects who fled the scene. The incident occurred at around 3 a.m. on the 281 exit ramp towards 410 West, resulting in one vehicle flipping over and the other catching fire.
A video captured the intense flames engulfing one of the cars. Traffic was disrupted for several hours as the exit ramp was closed for investigation until approximately 6 a.m. The collision was initiated by an erratic rear-end collision, according to officers present at the scene. Despite being rushed to the hospital, 76-year-old Eden Nuval from Anaheim, Calif., was pronounced dead.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Nuval’s identity. Following the crash, two individuals from the second car fled the scene, leading to a police search for them. San Antonio authorities are actively seeking information and encouraging anyone with knowledge of the incident to come forward.
Cleanup operations were necessary due to the impact of the collision and subsequent fire, in preparation for the morning commute.
