Evie Espinoza Death – A tragic incident occurred on Saturday afternoon when Emmanuel Espinoza, a 21-year-old pre-med student at the University of Florida, fatally stabbed his mother at her residence in Frostproof. Emmanuel had driven from Gainesville to attend a family event at his mother’s home. Upon his arrival at 2 p.m., he carried out the heinous act, stabbing her multiple times. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd shared this information in a video posted on Facebook.
Shockingly, Evie Espinoza, Emmanuel’s mother and a respected second-grade teacher at Ben Hill Griffin Elementary, was on a phone call with a family member when the stabbing took place. Immediately after committing the crime, Emmanuel called 911 and confessed to killing his mother.
During the investigation, he revealed that he had stabbed her because she had irritated him. Disturbingly, Emmanuel had made the decision to murder his mother while returning home from the University of Florida. As a result, he has been charged with first-degree murder.
