Kayla Ricon-Miller Obituary, Death – The investigation into a homicide involving a 15-year-old girl is currently underway by the Cape Coral Police Department. At approximately 9:39 p.m. on Sunday, officers from the department responded to a shooting incident that took place in the 2000 block of SE 16 Place. According to the accounts of the other girls who witnessed the incident, they had just finished watching a movie at a theater and were on their way to a restaurant when a vehicle approached them with its lights on, temporarily blinding them.
