Napoleon Rodriguez Zamora Death – A 52-year-old man killed in Montebello last week has been identified as Napoleon Rodriguez Zamora by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. The Montebello Police Department responded to a welfare check in the 2900 block of Via San Delarro at around 3:47 p.m. on Thursday. Upon arrival, officers discovered Zamora with apparent blunt-force trauma to his upper torso, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s homicide Lt. Michael Gomez. Zamora was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) homicide detectives are assisting Montebello police in the investigation. Authorities are seeking information from the public to aid in the case.
