Thomas Quintero Jr, Eduardo Barragan Obituary, Death – The two teenagers who lost their lives in a crash in east Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon have been identified by the Clark County Coroner’s Office. A County spokesperson confirmed that the deaths of Thomas Quintero Jr. and Eduardo Barragan were accidental. The incident occurred at the intersection of Pecos Road and Hacienda Avenue at around 12:24 p.m. on March 9.
According to investigators, Thomas and Eduardo were traveling north on Pecos in a 2010 Pontiac G6 when they ran a red light and collided with a 2014 Ford Explorer that was making a left turn. The Pontiac then spun out and crashed into a nearby streetlight pole. The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver passed away later at Sunrise Hospital.
The driver of the Ford cooperated with authorities and showed no signs of impairment, as stated by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
