Winton Agmous-Emmios Obituary – The deceased individual discovered near the BNSF railroad tracks in Kent on April 21 has been identified as 26-year-old Winton Agmous-Emmios. Agmous-Emmios succumbed to multiple blunt force injuries, as confirmed by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, which classified the incident as an accident.
Kent Police Assistant Chief Jarod Kasner stated in an email on April 26 that the exact circumstances leading to the man’s death have not yet been fully established. However, it is suspected that he was fatally struck by a train.
Authorities were alerted to the situation at approximately 2:40 p.m. on April 21, when a man was discovered near the tracks at 1001 First Ave. N. and appeared to have passed away. Upon arrival, both officers and Puget Sound Fire responders confirmed the man’s death.
