Upon receiving the call, deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Petersburg Rd. and Aviation Blvd. shortly after 6 a.m. The pedestrian was struck by a 2016 Acura TLX, according to authorities.
The deceased has been identified as James Moulden, a 65-year-old resident of Cincinnati. According to officials, Moulden was attempting to cross from the south side of Petersburg Rd. towards Aviation Blvd. when the Acura, driven by a 22-year-old from Hamilton, collided with him.

Officials confirm that the driver is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
Despite the efforts of Hebron Fire/EMS, Moulden was pronounced dead at the scene. At present, the exact factors contributing to the crash, such as speed or impairment, remain unknown. Authorities are actively investigating the incident.
