Jaelen Allen Chaney, Danielle Johnson Death – Authorities are currently investigating a series of unusual incidents that resulted in the deaths of a man, an infant, and a woman at three different locations in Los Angeles County. The Los Angeles Police Department reported that these tragic events occurred over the course of several hours early on Monday morning. The body of Jaelen Allen Chaney, 29, was discovered inside an apartment in Woodland Hills, following reports from neighbors who heard a disturbance between a man and a woman around 3 a.m.
Later that morning, a neighbor recounted stepping outside her residence and encountering a scene of bloodshed. She described finding blood both inside and outside the apartment, leading her to contact her father and subsequently the authorities. Upon arrival, Chaney was found deceased in the apartment due to apparent stab wounds.
According to neighbors, Chaney resided in the apartment with his partner, identified as 34-year-old Danielle Johnson. The couple shared their home with their two daughters, an 8-month-old infant, and a 9-year-old child.
Law enforcement officials revealed on Tuesday that a confrontation between the adults turned violent, resulting in Johnson allegedly stabbing Chaney before fleeing with the children. Johnson reportedly left the apartment by forcefully driving her vehicle through the parking garage gate.
Around 4:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to a distress call on the northbound 405 Freeway in Culver City, where they discovered the infant girl deceased on the road and the other child with minor injuries. LAPD stated that the children were ejected from the moving vehicle while on the freeway.
Subsequently, at approximately 5 a.m., a woman driving at high speeds lost her life after crashing into a tree. The circumstances leading to this fatal accident remain unclear.
