The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) received a call at 7:59 a.m. from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) regarding a potential vehicle accident in the area. However, upon investigation, no accident was found.
The decedent was discovered in the parking lot of Twin Cities Church in Grass Valley by the CHP during their area check. The cause of death is currently pending.
